Interiors — 05
Approach — 01
Our interiors team works in the same studio as the architects, on the same drawings, with the same client. We design rooms to be lived in for thirty years — not photographed once. Every joinery piece is drawn at full scale; every stone is selected from the slab.
See the rooms"A house is a slow argument between you and the people who'll live in it. Interiors are where that argument gets settled."
— Zahra Mehmood, Director of Interiors
Scope — 02
A full interiors package, on a single brief and a single budget. Available with our construction projects, or as a stand-alone fit-out.
Wardrobes, kitchens, vanities, panelling — drawn at full scale and built in our shop on Korangi.
Hand-picked from quarries in Khyber, Hyderabad and Quetta. Cut, finished and book-matched in-house.
Reflected ceiling plans, circuit zoning, fixture selection, and dimming. Wired before plaster.
Sofas, beds, drapes, rugs — sourced and fabricated, delivered to a styled handover.
A small art-advisory practice, working with a Karachi gallery network. Optional, on request.
Terraces, courtyards, swimming pools, and planted edges, in collaboration with a landscape consultant.
How we work — 03
A typical interiors-only project runs nine to twelve months. Construction-integrated work runs in parallel with the build.
We walk the apartment or floor plan with you, take measurements, and write a brief — rooms, mood, hard limits, soft limits, budget.
Hand-drawn plans and reference imagery, room by room. Two design directions, one selected, locked.
Joinery shop drawings, stone schedules, lighting plans, FF&E list. Fixed-price quotation per package.
Joinery is built in our shop; finishes go in on site; soft furnishings arrive in the final two weeks. Styled handover, photos taken, keys returned.
